Smoothies
Basic Smoothie Recipe
Base:
Add Ins: - Choose one
1 cup Strawberries
1 cup Strawberries, 1 Tsp cocoa powder
1 cup Blueberries
1 cup Mango chunks
1 cup Pineapple, 1/2 inch cube of peeled ginger
1 small Orange, handful of Spinach
Base:
- 1 cup Liquid: choose from Almond Milk, Rice Milk, Hemp Milk, Coconut Milk or Coconut Water
- 1 cup Ice
- ½ Banana
- 1 Tbsp Nut Butter: choose from Almond, Cashew or Natural Peanut Butter (only ingredient should be Peanuts)
- ¼ cup Hemp Seeds or Ground Flax Seeds
Add Ins: - Choose one

Anti-inflammatory Blueberry Ginger Smoothie
• 1 Cup of Frozen Blueberries
• ½ of a Pear
• ½ Frozen Banana
• 5 leaves of Basil
• 1 Handful of Spinach
• 1 inch piece of Ginger
• 1 Cup Almond Milk or Coconut Water or Spring Water
Slice ginger across the grain in very thin slices, then finely chop before adding to blender. Put all other ingredients into blender and puree until smooth. Add more liquid if smoothie is too thick.

- 1 handful kale or spinach
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1 Cup of Pineapple
- ½ Lemon, Peeled
- 1 inch piece of ginger
- 1 Cup of Water or Coconut Water
