Lifestyle & Weight Loss Programs

Change takes time.  I want you to be successful in your goals and to be able to maintain your new lifestyle long after we have finished working together.  I designed these programs to be long term.  This helps you break old habits and create new, healthier ones.

This program is customize to YOU so that it fits your wellness goals and works with YOUR lifestyle.  Each person is different, has different goals and an individual set of obstacles that get in the way.  Together we look at all aspects of YOUR lifestyle and create an easy to follow wellness plan that will help get you on your way to success.  Using nutrition, fitness and stress management techniques, I will help you find solutions that fit into your current life.  You will obtain the knowledge you need to make long-lasting changes that will benefit you and help you achieve YOUR success.

12 Week (3 Month) Commitment:  $85/week - Total $999

24 Week (6 Month) Commitment:  $77/week - Total $1,850

Initial consult - 60 minutes
  • Review lifestyle
  • Food journal review
  • Symptomatology review
  • Stress assessment
  • Leave this meeting with a basic plan of action and some homework

Biweekly sessions - 30 minutes
  • Homework review
  • Goal setting
  • Weekly food journal review
  • Examine what’s working/what’s not
  • Information and educational materials

Action Plan
  • Customized for YOUR goals
  • Easy to follow
  • Weekly homework that helps get you moving towards your goals
  • Flexible - life happens, so we make changes as we go

Support
  • Have a question that can’t wait until next session?
  • Stuck and don’t know how to complete action plan?
  • Email and phone support so you can get your answer and get back to making positive changes

Kitchen Clean Out
  • 60 minute home visit
  • Together we go through your cupboards and refrigerator and clean out all the items that will block your success
  • Replacement recommendations

Meal Ideas/Recipes
  • Healthy recipes and meal ideas customized to your program


Fitness Program Add Ons

Want to add on some Personal Training sessions?  I have found that by adding in two 45-minute strength training sessions per week you will be able to achieve your fitness goals faster.  Any of the fitness services can be added to one of the above packages and will be charged at a discounted rate.
