SHARON DAVID, RHN, CPT

I am a graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN) and an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. I am passionate about natural nutrition, fitness and living a healthy lifestyle.
I truly believe that by eating real food and moving your body more, everyone can improve their health.
I have always been active, however this changed once I had children. Like many women I found I had no free time and the first thing to go was exercise and taking care of myself. I tried to lose weight and get healthy but life always seemed to get in the way of my success. Something had to change.
Once I made the commitment to focus on myself, it became easier to fit in exercise and healthy eating. I lost some weight but I still didn’t feel very good. I had no energy and was feeling bloated after meals and frustrated. Instinctively, I knew that eating healthy food and moving more were the keys to success, but I wasn’t sure how to translate it into everyday life. After some time and experimentation, I became aware that certain foods made me feel worse. After I changed my diet and eliminated these foods, everything started to fall into place. During this time I began to enjoy exercise and decided to become a Personal Trainer. Being an avid long-distance runner, I know first hand how important a healthy diet can be to help fuel your sport and allow you do to what you love.
I still wanted more information on why some foods made me feel bad. I also wanted more knowledge that I could pass on to my training clients to help them be successful in their journey to a healthy lifestyle. I decided to explore this more and discovered the Holistic Nutrition program at CSNN.
Being an RHN, I have the tools that will help you find your own success. Together we come up with an individualized program that will help you begin working towards your own health and lifestyle goals. Check out the Services page to see which program is best suited to your needs.
