Steel Cut Oatmeal
Serves 4
Bring water to a boil. Add in oats, cinnamon and raisins. Stir well. Reduce heat to a simmer. Cover and cook for approximately 35 minutes. When liquid is evaporated, stir, cover and let sit 5 minutes.
Top with almond milk and nuts.

- 1 cup steel cut oats
- 3 cups water
- 1 tbsp cinnamon, ground
- ¼ cup raisins
- ¼ cup walnuts, chopped
- ¼ cup almond milk
