Initial Personal Training Session - 60 Minutes: $85
Subsequent Personal Training sessions will use a customized program that is based on getting your body moving at its best. The program is designed to evolve as your body gets stronger and your function improves. The program will continue to be adjusted to help you reach your fitness goals.
Subsequent Personal Strength Training sessions: $60/session
** Note that all facility fees will be the responsibility of the client on top of the trainer session fee.
Train on Your Own: $85
Do you just want a program that you can do on your own? This service is great for someone who already has experience using gym equipment but needs to change things up. A customized workout program is designed specifically for YOUR fitness goals.
Your 45 minute session includes a quick run through of each exercise so that you leave knowing how to safely perform each exercise and fully understanding the program. Your access to equipment and gym facilities is taken into account so that you are set up for success wherever you workout.
Cardiovascular training:
Cardiovascular training is an important part of every fitness program. Generally our sessions do not include cardio, as I feel it is a better use of our time together to focus on strength building exercises. I will give my clients guidance on what type and duration of cardio training they should be doing for optimal results. However, should you wish to book sessions that focus only on cardio I am happy to arrange them for you at the regular session rates.
Additional travel costs for outlying areas:
There may be additional fees charged for travel outside of the service area.

- Functional assessment so I can see how your body moves and identify any weaknesses or areas of concern
- Warm-up
- Basic full-body strength training session
- Cool-down/stretch
